Inept graduate schemes are destroying corporate brands

Graduate schemes are damaging brands due to their out dated, backward, and time consuming reputation, according to research released by Tempo.

Two thirds of the UK’s top graduate employers claim that improving candidate’s perceptions of the company is a key business challenge. Despite this, they continue to run their graduate schemes, from application to completion, based on a foundation of traditional methods.

This inept management of graduate schemes has resulted in over half of those who have applied to opt for a different method of business entry.
