GREAT GRAPES…
They’re back and they’re as flavoursome as ever. Our deliciously sweet and naturally grown Strawberry, Candyfloss and Tutti Frutti Grapes (all £2.50) have picked up quote the loyal following over the years and have been sending Instagram into a frenzy with over 4,000 people liking a photo on the @marksandspencerfoodpr since yesterday afternoon! Over 300 people have declared their love for the extra-fruity grapes, with comments including “Best grapes ever” and LOTS of heart-eye emojis. Our top tip – try freezing the grapes for an extra delicious and refreshing snack on a hot day!
OLYMPICS AT HOME…
The Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games may have been postponed to next year (they should have been starting Friday), but who is to say you can’t create your own mini-Olympics at home? Think egg and spoon race, family relays, toss the hacky sack or maybe even a cartwheel race for those more daring?

83 more M&S cafes are opening-up this Wednesday, with all VAT cut savings passed to customers.
With 118 cafes already open, it will bring the total number of M&S cafes serving customers across the UK to 201. Customers have been enjoying eating out at the 118 cafes that reopened on 4th July. The top-three selling food items have been ham & cheese toasties, scones, and toasted tea cakes.

Customers dining-in at a distance will be able to enjoy great value hot food and drink. Following the cut in hospitality VAT, every single item on the M&S Café menu has been reduced with the VAT cut fully passed on to customers:
- Flat White Coffee: was £2.70, now £2.36
- Sausage Bun: was £3.75, now £3.28
- Mushroom & Emmental Toastie: was £4.25, now £3.72
- Tomato & Basil Soup: was £4.35, now £3.72
- Freshly Baked Jacket Potato with Baked Beans: was £4.95, now £4.33
NATIONAL TEQUILA DAY…
It is National Tequila Day on Friday (24th) and what better way to enjoy than with a frozen LIMELON margarita. That’s right, we’ve blended our insanely popular hybrid fruit the ‘Limelon’ with tequila for the ULTIMATE Margarita! The Limelon adds a delicious flavour of smooth melon with a zesty citrus bite to the margarita! Recipe below.
INGREDIENTS:
300g of Ice Cubes
60ml of Tequila
Half of a M&S Limelon
1 tbsp of Orange liqueur
Juice of 2 limes
Salt and limes to garnish
INSTRUCTIONS:
Add the ice, tequila, lime juice, orange liqueur and M&S Limelon to a blender.
Blend together until smooth, stop every 30 seconds to stir.
Pour the margarita into a glass and garnish with a wedge of lime.
