Reported broomstick sightings as Pimlico hotel offers Wizard Afternoon Tea & Enchanted Stays for Summer
There have been reported sightings of broomsticks flying over Georgian House Hotel in Pimlico, London as it prepares to offer its renowned Wizard Afternoon Teas and Enchanted Stays over the Summer Holidays.
The stylish boutique townhouse hotel is famed for its fantastical wizard-themed experiences for families and it will be offering these for wannabe witches and wizards of all sizes throughout the school break.
Its theatrical Wizard Afternoon Tea is an abundant feast of goodies including smoking salmon sandwiches, eye of newt scones with curdled cream, lemon cursed tart and head-popping chocolate lollipops, complemented with either Bottomless Bubbles or a Wizard’s Cocktail or Mocktail potion of frozen crystals, druid's water and ancient red fairy dust.
The tea is served in the hotel’s atmospheric Pimlico Pantry and those that would like to extend the magic with an overnight stay can choose to sleep in one of the hotel’s Enchanted Chambers. These are concealed on its lower ground floor, reached via a portrait-filled passageway bathed in candlelight and offer stained glass windows, stone arches, cauldrons, velvet-clad four poster beds and wood burning stoves.

Georgian House Hotel’s Wizard Afternoon Tea is available throughout all school holidays and on weekends outside school holidays. It costs £30 per person. Bottomless Bubbles cost £20 per person, a Wizard Cocktail is £10 per person and a Wizard Mocktail is £8 per person.
A stay in an Enchanted Chamber sleeping up to two adults and two children costs from £352 per night including breakfast during the Summer Holidays. The hotel can be reached easily via public transport for those that don’t have broomsticks.
