Are you working on Christmas content?

 

This Christmas Ladurée has collaborated with two-star Michelin Chef, Jean-François Piège to create a limited collection this winter. For the first time, we are also offering a fully vegan Christmas box which consists of Coconut Caramel Macaron and Pure Origine Peru Macaron. The rest of the collection includes Yule logs, advent calendar, vegan ginger loaf, galette de roi and mince pies.

 

The collection  will be available from 4 November until 31 December 2020  in Ladurée stores and at Ladurée.co.uk

Jean-François Piège Christmas Collection

  • Two limited-edition macarons include: The Blanc Manger and the Clementine Saffron Rose Macaron.
  • The inspiration for the Blanc Manger macaron comes from the signature dessert of the same name offered at Chef Jean-François Piège's Le Grand Restaurant. It has an airy texture, and combines the perfect blend of vanilla and caramel.
  • The Clementine Saffron Rose Macaron blends the acidity of clementine and softness of roses, and the distinctive taste of saffron.

Christmas VEGAN collection

  • COCONUT CARAMEL MACARON A real treat of sweet flavours from childhood with a strong caramel note. To make a butter less butter we emulsified coconut oil, sunflower oil and soy milk containing enough fat for the mix to harden like real butter. The result is a dairy-free, plant based, homemade butter.
  • PURE ORIGINE PERU MACARON As the essence of gourmet elegance with hints of woody smokiness, this is the simplest vegan macaron we offer. Its sumptuous ganache has been revamped using a blend of millet, almond milk and hazelnut milk.
