I have recently sent over a new study that revealed the world’s most loved fragrances, with Baccarat Rouge 540 having over 100 million views on TikTok. I was wondering if this study was of interest to you?
 
The research carried out by Hey Discount looked at some of the world’s most popular fragrances to reveal which were the most loved according to Google searches, TikTok and Instagram hashtags.

Taking the top spot is Baccarat Rouge 540, with over 100 million views on TikTok and a total scent score of 9.52. The scent, with notes of amber and blood orange, also has just under six million Google searches and just over 200,000 Instagram posts.
 
Coming in second in our rankings is Sauvage, by Dior, known as one of the sexiest scents in the world. Sauvage got an overall score of 9.25 and was the most viewed cologne on both TikTok and Google (but lagged behind on Insta). Chanel No. 5, Coco Chanel’s first perfume, takes third place, with a score of 8.85 and 30 million TikTok views.

The study also looked at the world’s favourite celebrity fragrances, revealing that Ariana Grande’s fragrance range is the most loved, with 4.4 million annual searches!
 
FURTHER FINDINGS:
 

  • Dior makes the most loved fragrances! It scored the highest in all categories, with Sauvage ranking first for most Google searches and most TikTok views and Miss Dior ranking first for most Instagram posts.

  • Antonio Banderas is the only male to appear in the first ten spots for most popular celebrity fragrances.

  • Lavender was named the most loved scent - popular perfumes with lavender notes include Yves Saint Laurent Libre, Cloud by Ariana Grande and Jo Malone Amber and Lavender.
