Audley Travel extends its flexible cancellation promise
Introduced originally last summer to give clients peace of mind in uncertain times, tailor-made tour operator Audley Travel has now extended its flexibility promise to give absolute confidence to clients who want to travel again.
Flexibility to rearrange a trip until the end of 2022
Audley’s flexible cancellation promise has been popular with clients since its introduction in June. It has now been extended to cover trips booked by the end of March, so clients can continue to take advantage of the reassurance of being able to rearrange their trip (dates or destination) without any amendment fee, up to 45 days before they are due to travel. Additional charges may be incurred based on the changes to the trip such as accommodation and/or seasonality. To qualify, the trip must be booked by 31st March 2021 and travel dates can be moved to departures up to 31st December 2022. If FDCO advice impacts the trip (including updated rules on quarantining) and a client is not able to rearrange their trip to a future date, Audley will offer a full refund.
Extra flexibility on selected short and long haul destinations
In addition, extra flexibility is available on a number of Audley’s European, Middle East, North African, Indian Ocean and Caribbean destinations.
Clients booking trips to short haul destinations including Croatia, Greece, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Scotland, Iceland, Scandinavia, Jordan, Egypt and Morocco can cancel their trip up to 14 days before departure and still receive a full refund with no questions asked, when they book by 31st March 2021 and travel by 30th November 2021.
For the first time, Audley’s extra flexibility is also available on bookings to long haul destinations with the extra flexibility extended to cover the Maldives, Seychelles, Mauritius, St Lucia, Antigua, Grenada, Barbados, St Kitts & Nevis and Dubai.
