Arros QD

Opened in June, Arros QD is the first international restaurant by three Michelin-starred chef, Quique Dacosta, which focusses on paella cooked in the traditional way over an open fire.  The Chef’s Table at Arros QD gives guests an unrivalled glimpse into the kitchen, allowing them to watch the team stoke the flames and prepare the popular Valencian dish. One-Michelin-starred Matt Worswick at The Latymer is Pennyhill Park’s fine-dining destination restaurant. Liverpudlian-born Head Chef Matt has created a chef’s table which serves refined yet boldly flavoured dishes, with guests being able to choose from a five or seven-course tasting menu for both lunch and dinner. Sample dishes include Colchester oyster, pickled apple, Atillus Oscietra caviar and marigold and Goosnargh duck breast with seared duck liver, Waldorf salad and wholegrain mustard jus.
