Adjoining Paul Ainsworth at No.6, Mahé Cookery School and Chef’s Table is an exciting addition to Padstow’s vibrant gastronomic community. Seating 10 guests, The Chef’s Table at Mahé, will offer visitors the chance to witness the creation of restaurant quality food from start to finish by John Walton, who has run a Michelin-starred kitchen for over a decade. Tucked away in the ground kitchen of Jason Atherton’s The Social Eating House in Soho, the Chef’s Counter offers up to 8 guests a fantastic opportunity to enjoy Michelin-starred food whilst watching Chef Patron, Paul Hood and his team at work. Arros QD

Opened in June, Arros QD is the first international restaurant by three Michelin-starred chef, Quique Dacosta, which focusses on paella cooked in the traditional way over an open fire.  The Chef’s Table at Arros QD gives guests an unrivalled glimpse into the kitchen, allowing them to watch the team stoke the flames and prepare the popular Valencian dish. Located on the ground floor of the restaurant, The Chef’s Table seats up to 10 people. Immersive counter seating is also offered to guests who book as a smaller group but would still like to be in the heart of the Arros QD action.

An exceptional culinary treat, The Avenue’s Chef’s Table was recently installed within the restaurant as a way to invite guests to experience a unique way of dining, where chefs prepare and present a tasting menu is a way that is theatrical, yet delicious. One-Michelin-starred Matt Worswick at The Latymer is Pennyhill Park’s fine-dining destination restaurant. Liverpudlian-born Head Chef Matt has created a chef’s table which serves refined yet boldly flavoured dishes, with guests being able to choose from a five or seven-course tasting menu for both lunch and dinner. Sample dishes include Colchester oyster, pickled apple, Atillus Oscietra caviar and marigold and Goosnargh duck breast with seared duck liver, Waldorf salad and wholegrain mustard jus.
